Kreedl – Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Kreedl's website, apps, messaging, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). You must be at least 18 years old to use Kreedl's Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Services Overview

Kreedl provides tools and AI-powered agents to facilitate interactions between founders and investors, including:

• Information gathering, enrichment, and communication tools.
• Matching based on investment criteria and founder profiles.
• Email, chat, or phone-based AI assistance.

4. Data Sharing & Consent

When using Kreedl, you may choose whether your information (including pitch data, company information, or fundraising details) can be shared with investors on the platform.

• If you agree to data sharing, Kreedl may share your information with selected investors or funds that match your profile.
• If you do not agree, your data will remain private and will not be distributed or visible to investors.
• You can change your sharing preferences at any time in your account or by contacting matej@kreedl.com.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Prices and features may change; we will notify you in advance of any material changes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your account settings.

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Kreedl's Services. In particular, you must not:

• Violate laws or infringe on third-party rights.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with Kreedl systems.
• Use the Services to build a competing product.

7. AI Outputs & Disclaimer

AI responses are informational and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on them as professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

Kreedl does not guarantee that any investor connection, funding opportunity, or specific outcome will occur as a result of using the platform. All introductions and results are provided on a best-effort, non-guaranteed basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content on Kreedl are owned by or licensed to BUDETO STUDIO s.r.o. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating and improving the Services.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreedl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, liability) survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
